Christoph describes his work in the vineyard and cellar as follows:
“We see winemaking as a craft, aiming to capture our unique natural environment in every bottle and to make our values of authenticity, honesty and naturalness tangible sip by sip. All our work in the vineyard and cellar is carried out with care and gentleness, so that the wine can be brought into the bottle as naturally as possible. Our down-to-earth approach and deep connection to nature are also reflected in our wines: natural, unadorned and genuinely honest.”
Christoph Unterhofer:
Christoph Unterhofer took over the farm in 1995 and immediately converted the cultivation to organic farming. In the beginning, apples were also grown alongside the vineyards, but today they make up only a small part of the harvest.Christoph describes his work in the vineyard and cellar as follows:

The funded project
“Until now, we have processed and sold everything externally. Thanks to Ethical Banking, we can finally produce, process, and sell on our own farm,” Christoph Unterhofer tells us.“Since the beginning of Ethical Banking, we have been part of it. Initially with our savings, and now we have also been able to use the funding for our farm.”
