Sabine und Marco about their Tschogglerhof

Sabine Oberheinricher and her partner, Marco Perri, run a vegetable farming business together. Marco is a trained horticulturist, and he and Sabine started out on a very small scale, growing vegetables on a modest plot of land. As they soon realized how well their venture was developing, not only did the range of vegetables grow, but so did the business itself.
Today, they sell their freshly harvested produce at local farmers’ markets and prepare vegetable boxes for their customers.
The region where Sabine and Marco live experiences significant rainfall during the relatively short growing season. While this rainfall is essential for healthy crop growth, it also encourages the spread of weeds. Managing this challenge requires a considerable amount of time and effort, making efficient cultivation methods all the more important.
