The work included, among other things:

• Cleaning the stone cladding by sandblasting;
• Removing and repairing loose plaster;
• Insulating the external walls;
• Stripping, treating against corrosion and repainting the steel balcony supports;
• Covering the roof panels with glass fibre fleece
