Now is the time to actively join our equity crowdfunding campaign and become a shareholder and an integral part of the Gianni Bio community.

In the attached document, you will find all the key information about the project: who we are, our values, what we have achieved so far, our business idea, what we aim to accomplish over the next five years, the financial aspects of the project, the conditions for becoming a shareholder, and the associated benefits.

Participation in an equity crowdfunding campaign is only possible through online platforms that are officially authorised and supervised by CONSOB (the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission). We have chosen Mamacrowd (www.mamacrowd.com), the first platform in Italy to launch this type of crowdfunding.

If you decide to join the campaign and provide us with a written (non-binding) confirmation of your participation by 2 May 2023, you will be eligible for the exclusive Early Bird benefits* (see: Early Bird Rewards in the presentation).

To qualify as an Early Bird, you must:
A- Confirm your intention to participate in the campaign by Tuesday, 2 May 2023.
B- Register for the Gianni Bio campaign on the Mamacrowd platform(www.mamacrowd.com)by Tuesday, 9 May 2023. Registration is straightforward, but we will be happy to assist you if needed.
C- Pay your investment within 10 days of registering on the Mamacrowd platform.
